Tegethoff Developments

Zeal was hired by Tegethoff Development to design and build websites for a handful of multi-family properties in their portfolio. Zeal was retained by Tegethoff Management for ongoing brand development and lead-generating strategies.


The website designs were created within a larger overall Tegethoff Management brand, but written and styled specifically to the properties’ key attributes. These sites were designed to be sales tools for the property manager to attract residents and lease its units.

By showcasing the unique style, high-end finishes, locations, and amenities, we were able to appeal to the target demographic. Adding calls to action makes it easy for potential residents to make contact.

Marketing Strategy

Chief Marketing Strategist, Kate Allaria, wrote a strategy for ongoing marketing – to generate leads and build a social media following made up of the core target demo.

Strategically, it made sense to create a brand for the Indianapolis market, called Live-Indy, to promote all of the properties in that market as one, which eliminates the potential of competing with ourselves.

Our ongoing scope of work includes developing and managing organic social media, Google PPC campaigns, and generating reviews from residents for each of the properties.
