Hawthorne Animal Hospital was a successful business that had been in operation for decades. They had built a busy practice without strategic marketing efforts or advertising, which is impressive but also created problems.
Brand
In order to better communicate the difference between Hawthorne and other veterinary clinics, I recommended brand development. Designer, Bob Sandefur, produced logo extensions for each major service line, featuring a special accent color.
Website
Hawthorne’s website was fairly new, but it lacked content, which is important for search engine optimization, as well as communicating the specialties of the hospital and the advanced level of care they provide. Writer Nicole Plegge nailed the website copy, giving Hawthorne a friendly, professional voice and creating a narrative that explains why Hawthorne stands above the rest. I built out the site in Word Press, adding dozens of pages and redesigning the pages that were existing.
Marketing Strategy
Our goal for growth is to attract higher level cases and build volume in high-dollar services, while communicating the value Hawthorne provides to justify the cost of care. Our strategy includes content marketing, social media, email campaigns, client events, and internal marketing.
Service Line Marketing
I identified key service lines and wrote specific strategies for marketing each one.
